10 SLO to Las Vegas Food Adventure Favorites

“When in doubt…ask the locals.“

Last weekend we went to Las Vegas with Contour Airlines. For those who know us, Vegas is a regular destination for us. So if you’re going in the future, here are 10 of our personal favorites along with other slocal recommendations.

#1 Best Friend by Roi Choi – Kalbi Beef and Uni Dynamite Rice

#2 Bruxie – We had a branch near us when we were in LA and would come here for all our waffle sandwich cravings.

#3 Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips – Fish & Chips…duh.

#4 Grand Lux Cafe – Dessert Menu – Freshly baked chocolate chips cookies (one dozen – add walnuts).

#5 Monta Ramen – Spicy Miso Ramen

#6 Mott 32 – Iberico Pork Shanghainese Dumplings, Signature 36-Month Acorn Fed Barbecue Pluma Iberico Pork. Happy Hour Menu from 5-7p daily. AYCE DIM SUM $58 on Sunday’s 11a to 2p

#7 Mr. Mamas – Chicken Fried Steak – and all orders that could be considered hangover food.

#8 Nora’s Italian Cuisine – Crazy Alfredo

#9 Rose. Rabbit. Lie. – At least go the bar – crazy good performances!

#10 Secret Pizza – Our personal fav – Sausage and Pepperoni
