Tend Your Roots.\nIn Japanese culture, “MA” or 間 is the concept of negative space— the pure silence between notes that gives music its shape.\nJoin Plantae + Fungi in Cambria for an intimate evening dedicated to finding the space between your thoughts. MA is an immersion of somatic regulation and deep rest by combining our Somatic Menu with gentle restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation to create a container for total nervous system reset.\nMA is presented by Plantae + Fungi and Sonic Milk Recording Studio on Saturday, February 14 at 6 to 8:30pm. This unique journey will include a tasting of a specially crafted Somatic Menu of house-crafted teas, functional elixirs, and herbal infusions designed to soften the edges and tune into your physical body. Next, Miho Watanabe, co-owner of Plantae + Fungi, yoga instructor, and mindfulness meditation teacher, will lead participants in 75 minutes of restorative yoga.\nThis is a 21+ event and is $40 per person. Bring a yoga mat, two blankets, and wear your comfiest and warm clothing. MA will be taking place at the Sonic Milk Recording Studio at 715 Main St in Cambria, California.\n\n\n
