LXV Wine, Spice & Food Tasting Workshop

Workshop in deconstructing wine and pairing (12 seats only) –
Join us behind the scenes, as we deconstruct wines with flavors. This experience was named Top 10 wine experiences in America by USA Today.
We will deconstruct 3 LXV wines with an array of spices to understand how to ascertain structure in a wine for acidity, fruit, minerality, etc.
The goal is to educate your palate to instinctively come up with the direction for a pairing when you taste a wine.
FOOD:
Bread service on arrival (will be laid out for the entire event)
Wines paired with Spices dusted on cheese
A light snack that will drive home the experience.
