FarmsteadED is hosting an amazing Tomato Dinner!
The evening festivities begin with a toast by owners Bill & Barbara Spencer to our locally grown and made under the old oak tree. Countless varieties of heirlooms & the farm’s freshest seasonal bounty will be showcased by a covey of talented chefs.
Sunday’s Supper features long-time friend of the farm meat master Chef David Wilcox, the ever-talented Chef Javier Ramos and local favorite farm to table Chef Tim Veatch of Wayward Bakery all together at Windrose Farm. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience these Chef’s collaborating and presenting this farm’s freshest fare. Join in on a short farm tour with Farmer Bill, to then be followed by a multi-course meal showcasing Windrose Farm’stasty heirloom tomatoes, seasonal produce, Windrose Farm lamb and other local flavors paired with fabulous wines by Ali Carscaden of 15c, all served under the stars.
