First Course | Summer Burrata Salad & 2019 DAOU Rose’
Fresh Strawberries, romaine lettuce plank, burrata cheese, sunflower seed “hummus”, toasted hazelnut vinaigrette, and hemp seeds soaked in citrus juice.
Second Course | Empanada & 2018 DAOU Sauvignon Blanc
Roasted Pork Empanada with house-made salda verde.
Third Course | Ribeye Kabob & 2018 DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon
Gorgonzola and black pepper crusted ribeye with baked potato puree and sauce Bordelaise
