The story of CASS wines began far away in South Africa, when a simple buddy trip turned into the Syrah-induced decision to jump into a new adventure. Steve was just starting to see the quality harvest of his newly planted Paso Robles vineyard, so Ted raised a glass of that South African Syrah and challenged, “Let’s make wine, partner!” Jump 20 years down the road, and what seemed like a spur of the moment compulsion has turned into a journey worth celebrating! From quality wines to incredible moments on the vineyard, the ride has been amazing.

We give homage to the pivotal night in a South African restaurant with a culinary parade of all things from the Cape! Join us on the vineyard, as our Chef prepares a beautifully paired meal that showcases Sterling’s winemaking style for a titillating palate experience. South African cuisine, with it’s mix of African, Dutch, French, Indian, and Southeast Asian influences, will be sure to delight as Ted, Steve, Sterling and Bryan host a night to remember.
