Central Coast Waldorf’s Open House & Community Gathering
On Saturday, August 2 from 10am–1:30pm, we’re hosting an Open House & Community Gathering at our campus (880 Manzanita Drive, Los Osos) to mark a major milestone: we’ve become the only Waldorf-accredited school on the Central Coast, and we’ve officially changed our name to reflect that honor.
Our journey began with one mother homeschooling her twins in her backyard. That mother, Kim Wishon, is now stepping back into leadership as we celebrate not only surviving the pandemic and campus uncertainty, but thriving into something truly rooted in the Central Coast community.
The Open House will feature:
Guided campus tours
Local partner booths
Student-led activities
Food vendors and open picnic spaces
And lots of joyful, screen-free play
We look forward to opening our doors to new families, old friends, and anyone curious to experience the magic of Waldorf education.
