Fog Catcher Dinner

Fog Catcher is our flagship Bordeaux blend and this dinner will give you a chance to experience this wine like never before. Winemaker Patrick Muran has been crafting Fog Catcher for over 15 years and he will delve into his library collection to showcase some special vintages alongside a few remarkable single-varietal Bordeaux wines. Patrick will be collaborating with Chef Brendan Collins to design an unforgettable menu filled with special ingredients designed to highlight the rich, powerful nature of Fog Catcher.
