Vespera’s Wine Dinner Series returns for 2025, offering a lineup of immersive wine and dining experiences along the Central Coast. The series begins with a special Earth Day tribute—the “Lights Out Dinner” featuring wines from Foxen Winery. Guests will enjoy a prix fixe meal crafted with sustainably sourced ingredients and served by candlelight under the stars, with the soothing backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.
