Happy Monday SLO County! Here’s a list of fun things to do this week in SLO County. At this time events are mostly online and due to the constant changes, we will only be updating our calendar weekly. We will try to post online events in advance so please submit your events if you know of something coming up!

Monday, June 1

PCH 110 Mile Virtual Challenge – All Day (Online)

Support your local food shelters, while virtually running along the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. Finished Results is donating 100% of all donations and a portion of the proceeds from the PCH 110 Mile Virtual Challenge.

Tuesday, June 2

Slow Flow & Vinyasa – 5p to 6:15p (Online)

Find the space between poses while still retaining moments of the gentle rhythm of flow yoga.

Wednesday, June 3

Blueberry U-Pick –  10a to 2p (Cambria)

Come to Dragon Spring Farm to pick blueberries.  Reserve a 1-hour appointment which includes up to 4 people and all of the blueberries you can pick.

Wine Life on the SLO Coast – 5p to 5:45p (Online)

Mike Sinor from Sinor-LaVallee and Steve Dooley from Stephen Ross Wine Cellars  will discuss a topic they are passionate about. Get a glimpse of what makes them and their wineries tick, behind-the-scenes on the SLO Coast.

Thursday, June 4

Join Cutruozzola Vineyards for  their virtual wine trivia night, they will be adding questions on the wine movie, “Bottle Shock.”

Friday, June 5

Learn By Doing Lab Virtual Kitchen – 1:30p to 3p (Online)

Cal Poly’s Learn By Doing Lab can be done at home with their Virtual Kitchen Science Experience! Kids will do safe, hands-on, kitchen chemistry experiments with Cal Poly LBDL Zoom “blue coats” guiding the way.

Join Winemaker Neil Collins as he tastes through two select wines with Ryan Pease, owner winemaker at Paso Robles winery Paix Sur Terre.

KPop Up 4 – 6:30p to 8p (San Luis Obispo)

Matt started cooking his style of Korean food for Hope while they were dating, and after getting married, they had this idea to combine their culinary passions to share it with others.

Champagne Dinner – 6:30p to 9p (Paso Robles)

Join Somm’s Kitchen as they taste through 8 different styles of Champagne that are made throughout the region, from 100% Chardonnay-based, to over the top Tête de cuvée.

Saturday, June 6

Pancake Breakfast – 8a to 11:30a (Nipomo)

The Veterans are making breakfast on D-Day! Come enjoy breakfast in our grotto or take it home. Proceeds go to supporting Veterans and their families and repairing the Veterans Hall.

Take a virtual trip on the Amtrak Coast Starlight over Cuesta Grade from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo.

Slow Flow & Vinyasa – 2p to 3:15p (Online)

In these classes, we will be marrying breath to movement, exploring the unique spaces between ease and effort through a series of standing and floor poses.

Sunday, June 7

Templeton Hills Community Farm – 9a to 4p (Templeton)

Come on out to the farm this Sunday May 24! They have produce you to harvest yourself or place an order in advance for pick up! There is romaine lettuce, summer crisp lettuce, carrots, baby beets, turnip greens, radishes, onions, kale, spinach, and microgreens available! They are a donation-based farm so please feel free to give if you can all proceeds go to help the farm grow next year!
