Intermediate Block Printing: Multi-Color Designs

If you've learned the basics of how to carve rubber blocks to make a stamp, time to learn a new technique! Learn how to make a jigsaw block print, which allows you to ink your print in multiple colors and only print once. Designs will be provided, but students can bring in their own creations to try.

Katelyn Sweigart is a serial hobbyist. From creative writing to building Gundam plastic model kits to 16th-century bookbinding to leatherwork, she is mostly self taught in all her pursuits. Katelyn started her business Book & Bottle Crafts because she was running out of room with all the books she was making. Raised in Arroyo Grande and graduating with a journalism degree from Cal Poly, she loves the local artisan community of the Central Coast.
