Join Rev. Dahlan for a 12-week journey designed to help you build a simple, doable meditation habit that fits your real life. This is not about perfection. Itโs about discovering calm, building focus, and reclaiming your attention in a world full of constant distractions.
In this small-group experience, you'll practice alongside like-minded people who are also ready to cultivate more peace and mindfulness. Together, youโll explore short, daily meditations,justย 10 minutes a day,ย that create powerful, long-term changes.
What to Expect:
Youโll learn meditation as aย practical life skill, develop tools to steady your mind, and grow in your ability to direct your attention where it matters most. Missing a class or two is totally okay; the goal is consistency, not rigidity.
