WEEKEND ON THE HILLTOP: A 1935 FASHION EXPERIENCE 

Step into the golden age of California glamour as The Monday Club and the Foundation at Hearst Castle come together for the first time in over 90 years, rekindling a historic connection that began when Julia Morgan, architect of both landmarks, helped shape architecture on the Central Coast.

This exclusive fashion event features authentic 1930s attire from a private collection and pieces on loan from the California State Parks at Hearst Castle. Travel back in time as our models—fresh off the train platform—share a stylish preview of their fashions for a fabulous weekend on the hilltop.

Enjoy sparkling cocktails, light refreshments, and dessert as you mingle in the elegance of The Monday Club’s historic surroundings.

Attendees may also participate in a raffle for a chance to win an unforgettable evening swimming in the iconic Neptune Pool at Hearst Castle—a rare opportunity to dip into the glamour of California’s Golden Age.
