Tend To Your Center offers a specialized touch-therapy session that combines massage, stretching, lymphatic activation, herbal-infused botanical support, and spiritual healing. The session is designed to promote a balanced womb (if present), reduce scar tissue and adhesions, optimize digestion, decrease inflammation, and facilitate the unrestricted flow of blood, lymph, oxygen, and energy—referred to as ch'ulel in Maya—throughout the core and the entire body.
