Art Talk Series: Conceptual Artist Charlie Rugg

Join the City of SLO's Public Art team and SLO County Arts for our FINAL free art lecture of the 2025 year. The lecture will take place from 6 - 7:30pm in the SLO City/County Library Community Room at 995 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.

Conceptual artist Charlie Rugg will be our final lecturer for the season. Based in San Luis Obispo, California, Rugg specializes in abstract and figurative oil painting. His work explores the collective nature of human experience, emphasizing the interplay between shifting perspectives and the creation of new meeting.
